Our journey in the contracting sector began in 1432 AH (2011/2012) under the name Rawahil Al-Umran General Contracting Establishment, where we achieved numerous notable accomplishments in real estate development. Over time, and in line with our vision for growth and expansion, we decided to transform our efforts into a more specialized and professional company, thus launching our new venture under the name STEP Real Estate Development Company.

In light of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, we decided to launch STEP Real Estate Development Company to broaden our scope of work and contribute more significantly to the development of urban projects that align with the Kingdom’s remarkable progress.
