Our journey in the contracting field began in 1432 AH under the name Rawahil Al Omran General Contracting Establishment, where we achieved many prominent accomplishments in real estate development. Over time, and in line with our vision for growth and expansion, we decided to transform our efforts into a more specialized and professional company. Thus, our new launch was under the name Step Real Estate Development Company.

In light of Saudi Vision 2030, we decided to launch Step Real Estate Development Company to expand our scope of work and contribute more significantly to the development of urban projects that align with the tremendous progress witnessed in the Kingdom.
